Things have gotten so bad at Young Money Records, they are in danger of losing two of their biggest stars, according to a new lawsuit filed by Lil Wayne.
TMZ reports that Wayne is accusing Birdman of failing to pay some artist’s profits and stiffing so many other people that Drake and Nicki Minaj are likely to leave the label.
Wayne signed both artists to his label, which is an imprint of Birdman’s Cash Money Records and distributed by Universal Music Group.
The new lawsuit accuses Birdman of gross mismanagement. This is all part of a legal war between Weezy and the man he once considered a father figure.
In January the “Lollipop” hit maker filed a $51 million suit against Cash Money and Birdman, seeking to have his contract voided.
