The Arkansas annual Music Festival is switching things up this year by offering even more genres to its musical line-up. The three-day event will take place in the city’s trendy Murphy Arts District from October 18th-20th and is set to feature Gucci Mane and Cardi B, The El–Dorado Times reports.
The festival is usually known for more country and rock artists, but who can deny the hype that Billboard’s “Top Female Rap Artist” and one of Atlanta’s great will bring to the festival grounds. “Audiences are responding incredibly well to our diversity of programming – from country, Hip Hop, Christian and rock concerts to Shakespeare festivals, children’s touring shows, and even the Shanghai acrobats,” Murphy Arts District president Austin Barrow told the publication.
Tickets go on sale Friday, July 20th here and for Cardi B’s late night show tickets are $70 general admission, $85 for pit and for Gucci Mane, $60 for GA and $75 for pit.
In other Cardi news, aside from her just welcoming her new baby girl Kulture, she’s also the most nominated artist at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. The “I Like It” rapper secured 10 nods with The Carters and Childish Gambino following behind.
