Drake and Migos got fans hella excited when they announced they’d be hitting the road together for the “Aubrey & The Three Migos” tour. Migos are currently at the height of their career while Drake is fresh off the release of his latest album, Scorpion. Unfortunately for fans in Kansas City, MO who were expecting to attend the kick-off date tonight, they might have to wait a bit longer since the tour has been postponed once again.
The start date for the Drake and Migos tour has been pushed back, once again. The tour was supposed to kick off tonight but “production issues” is once again holding back the Toronto rapper and the Atlanta stars from performing tonight. Kansas City’s Sprint Center announced on Twitter today that the show has been pushed back to Sunday, August 12th. Unfortunately, this means the St. Paul, MN show that night will be rescheduled to a a new date.
“Due to production issues, the Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour is postponing the Kansas City and St. Paul dates. Tonight’s Kansas City show is rescheduled for Sunday, August 12. The St. Paul show is being postponed with a new date soon to be announced. All tickets will be honored for the new dates.” A spokesperson for Drake told Pitchfork.
This serves as the second time the tour has been postponed. The push back was also a result of “production issues.” The delay also comes at the heels of reports that Drake’s tour bus was towed away yesterday morning in Kansas City. It’s unsure if this played any sort of factor in the push back but hopefully, there won’t be any more problems on their tour.
