London’s annual Wireless Music Festival has agreed to a new term of policies to ensure that it’s usual location at Finsbury Park will stay the same. The Friends of Finsbury Park had usual complaints of noise levels, drug taking, and anti-social behaviour and Live Nation was only granted a renewal on their license after a new set of rules.

BBC reports that the new conditions include a “request that performers do not sing or play any vulgar, obscene or banned songs or carry out indecent acts or make any vulgar gestures, actions or remarks during the performance.” Performers must also “not offend the general public” such as “attire which exposes the groin, private parts, buttock or female breast(s)”. The last day of the festival will now end 30 minutes earlier than usual and sound limits will also be put into place.

Past headliners of the festival include Chance The Rapper, J. Cole, and The Weeknd. The Finsbury Park association are happy their requests have been met, but their main wish of wanting fewer attendees was rejected. The event attracts crowds up to 37,000 people and has sparked 67 complaints about noise.
