When you think you’re safe, you become a victim of an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction. That’s what happened to Kim Kardashian Tuesday when she wore a pare of unsuspecting spandex pants to the gym while in Paris, only to have them appear see-through when hit with flashing lights from cameras’ bulbs.
After leaving L’Usine gym, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star hopped into her car where her toned bottom was put on full display. Aside from the accidental reveal, Kim looked naturally gorgeous donning a makeup-free face! She also bared all of her assets in an all-black workout ensemble that revealed her curves in a great way.
But it shouldn’t be a surprise that she looks so great in her tight-fitting clothes because in an article with Harper’s Bazaar, the reality star revealed her extremely healthy daily diet, which also includes getting in a workout before 8:00 a.m. With the help of a personal chef, Kim and husband Kanye West are always noshing on healthy noms.
“I’ll usually have scrambled eggs or oatmeal, or a protein shake with fruit. Kanye loves to eat really healthy and is always on different diets,” she said. “He has a chef who comes in the morning and cooks breakfast for both of us and gets our meal plans together for the day. We just started seeing a nutritionist who changes our diet every 10 days.”
But even with a given meal plan, Nori’s mom can’t avoid the all-too-familiar sweet tooth kick. Even then, however, she has a healthy option to satisfy her craving. “I’ll have those Justin’s peanut butter packs; the almond butter is also really good. I’ll just eat it plain,” she wrote in her play-by-play. But she hasn’t always lived the healthiest lifestyle.
Kim dished that she used to drink an insane amount of iced tea with even more sweetener! “I had the craziest addiction to Equal—I’d put 10 Equals in every iced tea. My sister [Kourtney Kardashian] would always say, ‘You can’t have that much sweetener!'” Fortunately, the E! star has cut back on the artificial stuff.
She and her hubby end their days with dinner at 7:00 p.m. on the dot with either chicken or fish and a side of veggies. If this is what gets her looking like that then sign us up for this diet!
